An important aspect of my therapeutic philosophy centers on you exploring and embracing your greater sense of self. You are more than just your problems. You are a whole person who deserves to feel empowered to have healthy boundaries and to experience love and understanding for yourself. You possess a distinct life story, which means that therapy is a unique journey for you, shaped by who you are and what you have been through. As a therapist, my goal in our sessions is to create a feeling of curiosity, expansiveness, an opportunity for self-reflection and a non-judgmental space. I am available virtually and in person for tweens, teens and young adults, the person who is experiencing life transitions, the individual who is looking to foster a deeper connection between their mind and body, couples who have a desire for better communication and understanding of each other, and postpartum support. It is an honor and a privilege for me to witness the personal growth and empowerment of my clients. If you want to see that kind of growth and empowerment you are capable of, we should talk.

You hold an inner strength and resilience, even during life’s most
challenging moments. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space to explore the parts of your story that feel difficult to navigate alone. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades in the entertainment industry, gaining a deep understanding of creativity and adaptability. If you’re feeling stressed, sad, or uncertain about your life, we should talk. I am here to help you find clarity, build meaningful connections, and embrace your full potential.

Are you stuck in something that feels too big to handle alone—conflict, family tension, grief, or trauma that keeps resurfacing?

I work with couples in high conflict, adult families caught in long-standing patterns, and individuals navigating grief, loss, and the impact of trauma. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening inside you and between you—so you can feel better in your body and relationships.

My approach is collaborative, grounding, and direct. My kind of therapy supports you at a pace that feels safe. Together, we’ll move toward more stability, clarity, and connection.

If you’re ready for support, therapy can help. Let’s connect for a free phone call to see if it feels like a good fit.

You might look like you’re doing fine on the outside, capable, and outwardly “doing fine”—yet feel exhausted, disconnected, or at odds with your body or your needs. You might over-give in relationships, struggle with food or body image, or feel as though you’ve lost your appetite for life itself.

This is a space for burnt-out humans and anyone who feels emotionally or physically disconnected. The work here is not about fixing you—it’s about coming home to yourself. Together, we slow down, listen to your body, and gently untangle patterns of self-abandonment, so you can build a more trusting relationship with yourself, your boundaries, others, and your nourishment.

If you’re ready to stop pushing through and start nourishing what has been neglected, you’re in the right place.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Life can feel overwhelming - relationships, self-doubt, past wounds that won’t quite heal. Maybe you find yourself overthinking interactions, struggling with self-worth, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. When anxiety, depression, or ADHD add to the weight of it all, even small tasks can feel impossible.

I take a collaborative approach rooted in attachment theory, operating from the belief that real, lasting change happens when you feel safe, seen, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore the past while also finding practical tools to navigate life’s stressors, build resilience, and create more fulfilling relationships.

I am available both virtually and in person, and I work with individuals of all ages, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community, creatives and entertainment professionals, and adults navigating life transitions. Whatever challenges you’re facing, let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control of your story.
