Have you ever had therapy before?

Did you have fun?

Call me crazy, but I don't think therapy has to be a drag. I've been practicing therapy for years now, and been getting my own therapy for longer than that. In my experience, there are two reasons that change happens: The first is if it just feels like you can't keep doing things the way you've been doing them, or you're going to burst- this is the reason most people call me in the first place. The second reason that people change is because the future looks so incredibly bright -so joyous and luminescent- that people wouldn't dream of staying stagnant. When people work with me, I challenge them- but I do it because I want them to feel great about themselves and their lives, and wake up with a grin so wide you could hang a button-down shirt on it. Therapy with me includes examining your past, learning new skills, becoming a better communicator, and hopefully a lot of laughter (humor is a coping skill, you know).

If you're feeling irritable, resentful, fatigued, desperate, bored, worried, or any other flavor of "down", I'd love to work with you. My goal for you is to help you find the kind of joy and contentment that makes you absolutely psyched to wake up in the morning. What are your goals? We can work on them together.

How do I get started?

1.

We book a consultation call to discuss what you want to work on, and whether our schedules can align. if either of us thinks it's not a good fit, I will have excellent referrals for you.

2.

We meet on a weekly basis. In my experience, weekly therapy yields the fastest and best results, so it's critical that we work on a regular basis.

3.

You start to feel different. People and families are like machines- if you change one small thing, you'll see differences within the rest of the system. What would you most like to see change in your life?

Are you Ready to

Feel Better?

I’m in the business of feeling better. My guess is that’s why you’re here too you want to feel better, to do better, to BE better- and you’re ready to look inward.

Let’s have a chat and talk about just awesome you want to feel/do/be.

Core Values

Being yourself, unapologetically. You are excellent just as you are, and you deserve to lead a life that is as excellent as you are. I fully support people in being whoever they want to be, and to align with their own values.

Giving back. Our lives are more complete when we join and enrich the community around us. Helping the community is a critical part of being in a community, and it's also excellent for your mental health.

Enjoying your life. You may have forgotten what it feels like to be optimistic, or to feel genuine excitement and anticipation for your life. I want to help you reopen that window, to see the wonder and joy around you, and to gather as much of it as you can.
