I work on a weekly basis with people in a talk therapy setting. Some of the things we explore are people’s current lives, their families of origin, the parts of their lives that seem not to work, and what constricts people.

I work with people to find love for themselves and for others.

Do you ever think, “I can’t be OK unless you’re OK?” This is a sign of codependence. Therapy can help you build healthy boundaries and enjoy more fulfilling relationships.

trauma, shame
& self image

If you’ve been through trauma, and experience shame and a negative self image due to it, therapy can help you learn to love yourself and experience joy. You don’t have to suffer from your trauma forever.

50-minute session

Regular weekly therapy is 50 minutes unless we both agree that longer/more frequent sessions are helpful and appropriate.

75-minute session

75-minute sessions allow us both to go more in-depth and may be needed on a weekly basis depending on the scenario.


(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy can help with a variety of issues including trauma, shame, and self-image.
