I meet with my clients once a week, at an appointed time. Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes. Some people come for a few sessions and feel equipped to move on, and others enjoy coming for a long period of time in order to do deeper work. Many people enjoy using therapy as a punctuation mark for their week- a place to check in, process the events of their life, and reset for the coming week. The duration of our work together is entirely up to you.
